Tap and Rant is one of the EFT techniques that can help quickly clear daily stressors.
It is a simple exercise where you keep tapping through the points while voicing everything that comes up.
As you ‘rant’, allow things to come to the surface. You may start to feel a shift, or you may notice yourself automatically taking deeper breaths.
Try to get the intensity down to a 2 or below on our 0-10 scale.
